SHIPPING INSURANCE

On behalf of our customers, T1 SPORTS employs shipping companies to deliver products to our customers. The ownership of products ordered is passed onto the customer once the shipping company takes over. Shall there be an unfortunate event where the package is damaged or missing during transit, the customer is fully responsible for the loss. Customers have an option to purchase shipping insurance, where the cost of your order could be fully (or partially) recovered if the shipment has gone missing or been damaged. Please contact our customer service team for shipping insurance options for your order.

 

SHIPPING SURCHARGES

The customer is responsible to ensure the shipping address provided is correct, complete, and valid.  The customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping and handling fees or surcharges for failure to deliver or requesting a package stop and retrieve from the shipping company.  Standard shipping fees will apply for any 2nd delivery attempt.
